The short version: we provide a cloud security scanning service, you use it responsibly.
Nuvm provides automated cloud security scanning services including cloud posture management, container scanning, secret detection, dependency scanning, infrastructure-as-code scanning, code security analysis, and web vulnerability scanning.
By creating an account and using Nuvm, you agree to these terms. If you're using Nuvm on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Authorized use. You may only scan cloud accounts, repositories, and infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to scan.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use Nuvm to scan systems you don't own, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, resell the service without permission, or use scan results to attack or exploit discovered vulnerabilities in others' systems.
Credential management. Cloud credentials you provide to Nuvm should be read-only. We recommend creating dedicated service accounts with minimal permissions for scanning.
Pricing. Current pricing is listed on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.
Payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in EUR. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your payment details.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Data after cancellation. When your subscription ends, your data is retained for 7 days in case you resubscribe. After that, all data is permanently deleted per our Privacy & Data Policy.
Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Scan accuracy. Security scanning provides findings based on known patterns and vulnerabilities. Nuvm does not guarantee detection of all security issues. You remain responsible for the security of your systems.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvm's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Nuvm against claims arising from your use of the service, including scanning unauthorized systems.
Changes to terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where Nuvm is registered.
